2023 marks the fifteen-year anniversary of the Markham Family Health Team (MFHT) and is the launch of their new annual report. This report is an opportunity for MFHT to celebrate their accomplishments over the past year. This annual report also highlights some of their achievements that took place since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
